Pinky Pig: Lost in the City! was Carla's big debut back in 1991. What began as an impromptu bedtime story for her niece slowly blossomed into a best-selling children's book. She's currently working on her next great work, and we can't wait to see what imaginative yarn she weaves next! Carla has always thoroughly enjoyed great children's books books for young children, kid books, anything that involves young children interacting with each other and, more importantly, learning valuable lessons along the way. Children story books are something that Carla loves with a passion.

About our featured author: Carla Martilotti has written numerous children story books. When not at her home with her family in Miami, Florida, she is traveling throughout the world and is constantly being inspired by the many wonders she sees on a daily basis. Carla has always believed that books for children should contain the type of literature that fosters creativity and imagination instead of opening windows to violence. In other words, good, old-fashioned bedtime stories, just like the good old days.
